Quality control management is a step taken in controlling activity programs in order to minimize errors that occur. This study discusses how the concept of Joseph Moses Juran's Trylogi is applied in SDIT Tihamah, as well as what obstacles and how are efforts to handle quality control management for educators and staff education at SDIT Tihamah. The results of this study are: firstly, the implementation of the quality management concept of the Joseph Moses Juran trylogi in the quality control management of educators and staff education at SDIT Tihamah can be implemented properly through 1) quality planning, 2) quality control, and 3) quality improvement. The two obstacles experienced include: 1) infrastructure, 2) human resources who are less competent in using technology, 3) overlapping policies.
